The Seven Archangels
The Seven Archangels
The Seven Archangels
As you may have noticed, heaven is very organized, and it won't surprise you to know that
heavenly beings all have a specific job to do. Each archangel serves on a certain ray
(aspect of God). They also have spiritual retreats or homes in the etheric realm (heaven-
world) above certain powerful places on earth. Here's a summary of the seven. To learn
more about an archangel, click on his name.
1. Archangel Michael is the captain of all the angels and archangels. He serves on God's
blue ray which is the ray of protection. You can ask him for both physical and spiritual
protection. This includes protection from accidents, crime, psychic aggression and even
demons.
2. Archangel Jophiel serves on the yellow ray of illumination. Why not ask him to help you
absorb information when you are studying and when you need wisdom?
3. Archangel Chamuel serves on the pink ray of spiritual love. Ask him to help you resolve
relationship problems, find a job... and also to locate a lost object! So you could ask him
to tell you where your keys are when you are rushing for work.
4. Archangel Gabriel is probably the most well known. Christians teach that he told Mary
she would give birth to the baby Jesus and Muslims believe he dictated the Qu'ran to
Mohamed. He serves on the white ray of purity. Ask him to help you establish discipline
and order in your life.
5. Archangel Raphael serves on the green ray of divine healing. Ask him for the healing of
your body, mind soul and spirit. He is also helpful when you need to have your physical
needs met such as food, clothing, shelter and tools of your trade.
6. Archangel Uriel serves on the ray of peace. This ray is purple and gold flecked with
ruby. Next time you are having a disagreement with someone why not ask him for help in
creating a peaceful resolution?
7. Archangel Zadkiel serves on the violet ray of forgiveness. Ask him to help you if you are
having a problem with this, and also with tolerance and diplomacy. He will help you bring
joy back to your life if you ask him.
Angels at Work in Our Lives
If you're particularly interested in working with the seven archangels, I highly recommend
the book How To Work With Angels by Elizabeth Clare Prophet. It's small and packs in all
the essential info in an easy-to-read manner with real life examples.
Have angels had an impact in your life? Inspire the world with your true story!
Anyway, as you can see, these seven are extremely helpful beings with a variety of skills. I
find that when I call to them my day runs more smoothly. Just saying their names out loud
will bring them into your life. I call to them three times each in the morning and this sets
my day off right.
Read true stories of how angels have helped readers like you.
Bedtime Prayer to the Archangels
You can say a prayer to ask the angels to take you to the etheric retreats for learning while
you sleep.
"In the name of my Holy Christ Self, I call to the mighty Presence of God I AM in me and to
the angels to take me in my soul consciousness to the etheric retreat of Archangel
Michael located at Banff and Lake Louise, Canada.* I ask that I be charged and recharged
with the will of God. And I ask you to: (insert your personal questions or problems). I ask
that all information necessary for the fulfillment of my divine plan be released to my outer
waking consciousness as it is required. I thank you and I accept it done this hour in full
power."
*Substitute the names of the Archangels and their retreat locations, found on the pages in
this section.

He is the Commander-in-Chief of all the hierarchies of the Heavenly Hosts. He is usually
known as the Angel who defeated Lucifer and his followers in the first rebellion of
creatures against God. By His battle cry "Mi-ca-el" meaning " who is like unto God", He was
named Michael. He is the first defender of Jesus Christ in His Sacred Humanity and of
the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Mystery of the Incarnation. He is usually associated with
the Miracles manifesting the Almighty power of God with the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is in
Saint Michael's powerful aid that we must rely upon to defend ourselves against the
assaults of people who deny the existence of God.

Saint Gabriel is the bearer of God's secret messages to His chosen ones. He is the Angel
who announce to the Blessed Virgin Mary of God's plan for Her to be the Mother of His

happiness which God has in store for all His children. He also gives light to guide us
correctly God's way and protect us from the dangers that befall on us in our way to our
Heavenly home. As His name Raphael-meaning "medicine of God", He is the Angel that
brings good health and abundant provisions during our journey. Saint Raphael is, Mankind's
Special Guide to Heaven . He constantly guide us to our everyday journey here on earth

Saint Uriel, with weighing scale in His hand reminds us of Divine Justice that weighs
according to its true worth, whatever good we do, and whatever wrong doings we commit in
relation to God, to our neighbors or to ourselves, both as individuals and as a community of
nations. He also reminds us of the terrible judgement of God upon the world for the human
pride and godlessness with which human affairs, are conducted that now are fast bringing
mankind on our tasks of our own destruction. He reminds us of the last judgement of God,
wherein every man will have to account of everything He has done here on earth. He is
likewise God sent to defend those who are suffering from injustices in any form of
practice of racial discrimination, persecution, oppression, etc.
5. SAINT SEALTIEL: ARCHANGEL OF WORSHIP AND CONTEMPLATION
Saint Sealtiel continually stands before God, with incenser in hand in unceasing adoration
of the Most Holy Trinity. As the Archangel of contemplation and worship, his angelic
purity transforms the love and worship which we mortals give to God. We need Saint
Sealtiel's powerful intercession before God's throne to overcome the evils. The evils of
drug addiction, sex exploitation, and abortion become things of discredited past. Instead,
may endless hymns of praise rise from all peoples as they chant in union with the Heavenly
Choirs of Angels, in perpetual thanksgiving for God's bountiful blessings. He is known to be
the Angel who stopped Abraham from killing his son Isaac as a sacrifice. Also known as
Archangel of Adoration. He leads us away from doing wrong, that spawns prostitution, drug
abuse, abortion and murder, and guides us in purifying and transforming purity of mind and
heart.

sins. Mercy is grace for bodily and spiritual needs. mercy is grace for bodily and spiritual

Heavenly Home. He help us see God's mercy, love and peace, in order to overcome
communism. He show us how to conquer evil with good and to forgive those who have
wronged us.

Through the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ, His passion , death and resurrection, all His
disciples are brought to a transforming union with Him. Through His transformation in
love, the soul becomes Christlike. As such, every Christlike soul becomes, by Adoption the
Child of the Father. Saint Barachiel is the Archangel who was assigned by God to keep
watch over His adopted children, taking care that He and the Choirs of Angels assigned to
the task guard these transformed souls in all their ways, bearing them up in their
hands"lest they dash their feet against the stone on their way to their Heavenly Home".
He speaks of God's Fatherly love for us in providing for all the needs of our souls and
body. He comes to show mankind that we, too, should strive hard to earn our daily bread
and be not a slave of the fatalistic attitude of all events that are predetermined by fate
and therefore unaltered by man.
