Preface
Thank you for purchasing the tracker. This manual shows how to operate the device
smoothly and correctly. Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this
product. Please note that specification and information are subject to changes without
prior notice in this manual. Any change will be integrated in the latest release. The
manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this document.
1 Summary
Working Based on existing GSM/GPRS network and GPS satellites, this product can
locate and monitor any remote targets by SMS or internet.

5. Placement
The terminal should be placed under cover. It is recommended to ask professional
companyes to install the terminal for you
6.SIM card installation

6.3.1 Make sure the Simcard is 2G and open GPRS function
6.3.2 Make sure that there is no call transfer and call display is on, and PIN code off.

8.Operating Instructions
default password is 0000.
8.1 Set up the administrator

the command SMS: #710#phone number# pass word##
For example#710#13588888888#0000##
When you sending successfully, all the alarm messages will be send to adminstrator
number .
8.2 Change the Password

The command SMS: #770#new password#User password##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 770CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 770PASSWORD ER
If you fogot the password you can sending the command SMS:#901##
8.3 Read the parameter

The command SMS: #901##

When you sending successfully you will get the sms include the administrator number
password and the IMEI.
8.4 The interval of gps data

The command SMS: # 730# time # data groups # User password ##
For example: #730#20#2#0000##
When you sending successfully ,the terminal will stored the gps data every 20seconds,
when the data groups amounts to the 2times, that will send out to the server
8.5 Set up the APN

The command SMS: #802#apn #apn user name#apn password# User password ##
example 1: the APN is internet, not user name and passwored
Command: #802#internet###0000##
example 2: the APN is internet , the APN user name:guet passwrod:a1234
Command: #802#internet#guest#a1234#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 802CONFIG OK when the pass word is
wrong; it will reply 802PASSWORD ER
Note: The default APN is CMNET.
8.6 Geo-fence alarm

The command SMS: # 751 # fence radius # sampling interval # longitude #
latitude # user password ##
For example: #751#500#5#22.5442N#113.91E#0000##
After the setup is successful, the setting mobile phone will receive a piece of config ok
command. Then, when the ward leaves this area, the terminal will send the alarming
information of being out of the fence to the center number. The alarm sms is :
#354923033045862##0#000#OUT#1#v#113.3454E52.67850000.##
Note: Send 9860000 reply of longitude and latitude this standard
8.7 Reading Geo-fence information

The command SMS: # 752 # user password ##
When you sending successfully, the terminal will read the data of the module fence
working status and return message to the sending mobile phone.
For example: #752#0000##
Return: #open:1#lat:11456.209400#lng:2233.470100#distance:500#time:5#status:2
Where, open: 1 indicates fence open; Open: 0 indicates fence closed;
lat:11456.209400, latitude;
lng: 2233.470100; longitude;
distance: 500; fence radius;
time: 5 sampling interval;
status: 2 , terminal has obtained valid satellite data, fence works normally;
status: 1; fence open, but there are no valid satellite data have been received;
status: 0, no electronic fence is set.
8.8 close the Geo-fence

The command SMS: #760 # user password ##

Example: #760#0000##
When you sending successfully, it will reply 760CONFIG OK, all the Geo-fence
will be cancelled. when the pass word is wrong; it will reply 760PASSWORD ER
8.9 Alarm format

Send command:#720#Warning way1-2#User password##
1. Warning way1Dial-up alarm
2. Warning way2Message alarm default
When you sending successfully, it will reply 720CONFIG OK
8.10 Cable cut-off Alarm

When the terminal cable is cut off, the cable cut-off alarm will be activated. The
terminal will send the alarm to the adminstrator , the SMS alarm: power was cut off !
9.Control circuit:
9.1 Fuel cut
The command: 222+password
Example: 2220000
When you sending successfully,the terminal will reply the SMS to you : RF2 OK. Then
the device will be cut off the fuel.
9.2 Resume supporting the fuel

The command: 232+password
Example: 2320000
When you sending successfully,the terminal will reply the SMS to you : RF2 OFF. Then
the device will was supply the fuel .
10 Real time tracking

10.1 SMS tracking
(1)666+userpassword
Example:6660000.
Send this SMS command to the terminal, it will reply latest longitude and latitude
information.
(2)986+userpassword
Example:9860000.
Send this SMS command to the terminal, it will reply the Google maps link
If GPS is not located at all, the terminal will reply:
34592303105400 Can not get a valid location!

10.2 Real time tracking ( platform server)
The terminal will send position information to the platform server timely. Users can
check the position on the platform.
