Amptech Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a very dedicated company that

provides comprehensive Design and Build solutions for
Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas Industry.
Amptech Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is offering an opportunity for

potential candidates to grow with us. With our rapidly expanding
business projects, we are looking to fill several positions.
We offer our customers a range of professional services in

Engineering / Design, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning (EPCC) of various complex projects i.e.
Renewable Energy Plants i.e. Biomass, Biogas, Solar Farm and
MV/LV interconnection to TNB Grid via overhead and underground
cabling works. From Directors past track records / experiences,
Amptech is capable to undertake upgrading works for downstream
oil & gas projects i.e. cable support system and explosion proof
cabling works for tank farm and jetty.

Our knowledge & licenses in both Solar PV Design & Installation

(SEDA Certificate) and Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator will
enhance our Design & Build capability in implementing Solar PV
System as part of Building Materials / Building Structure more
effectively.
Known for our project management expertise and experiences, we
enhance each projects cost effectiveness through implementation
of cost-saving solutions which are highly beneficial and valued
added to our customers.
And through our alliance with our Associate Company i.e. Amptech
M & E Sdn. Bhd., we have the capability of providing of electrical
services to design & build solutions; including supplying, installing,
testing and commissioning as follows:
HV/LV Electrical Services for Renewable Energy Plants

i.e. Biomass, Biogas, Solar PV Farm & Mini Hydro Plants

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Training will be provided under the supervision of a

Certified Professional Engineer
Knowledge of AUTOCAD is a must
Computer literate in MS Office & Excel Software
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Self-motivated and ability to work independently at site
Must be willing to work extra hours
Possess good working attitude and work well under

pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities:
To plan and schedule all site installation works.
Monitor Site Supervisors progress on site completion

according to deadlines
To coordinate with drafter on preparation of Shop

Drawings and As-Built Drawings
To prepare list of materials with quantity for procurement

& timely delivery to site
To prepare correspondences to clients, authorities, and

other relevant parties
To attend all meetings and liaise with relevant Authorities

for approval
To prepare monthly progress reports and assist in site

measurements
To justify all progress claims and variation order works

Internship in Electrical Engineering is also applicable.

Ir. Lee Kok Chong
EXPERIENCENE
.
Lee Kok Chong has over 17 years of working experiences in
Electrical High Voltage (HT) and Low Voltage (LV) system in both
design and installation works. He garnered vast experiences in
project management, engineering consultancy, contracting and
site management for various mega project i.e. combined cycle gas
turbine power plants, renewable energy power plants, hospitals,
factories, high rise buildings & infrastructure works.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
.
He is a Corporate Member of The lnstitution of Engineers, Malaysia
(lEM) and is registered with The Board of Engineers, Malaysia
(BEM) as Professional Engineer since year 2001. He is an active
committee member with the Electrical Engineering Technical
Division and other Sub-Committee of IEM for the past 10 years and
he was the Chairman of the division between 2010 to 2012.
