motion duly made and seconded, the Board has unanimously approved.
Resolved, as it is hereby resolved that the corporation shall open and maintain an

City.
Resolved further that Lina Monares is / are authorized as he/she is authorized to
execute trade, to transact and to sign for and in behalf of the said corporation the
