    Shutdown at SAUDI ARABIA 30 to 45 Days.

    From 15th April-2014


    Project Duration: 30 to 45 days
    Salary: USD 400 / day, Standby USD 200 with less experience, but certification must.
    Location: Clean Transportation Fuel Project, Saudi Aramco, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA).
    Requirements: AWS-CWI, API 510 and API 653 Valid Certificate is required- is a must.
    Saudi Aramco: Approved inspector to carry out the Inspection of
    Horton Sphere as per ASME Section VIII Division-1
    Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) as per API-650
    Low-Pressure Storage Tank (LPST) as per API-620
    Communication skills & Reporting: Good communication skills and ability to prepare
    Inspection reports and interpretation of NDT / NDE inspection results.
    Mobilization date: 10th April, 2014
    Shutdown starts 10th April, 2014 or as on receipt of clearance from Clint.
    Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering or Equivalent (B.E or B. Tech Mechanical Engineering)
    Experience: in Years
    Minimum: 8 to 10 years inspection of plant equipment in Oil Refineries/ Petrochemical
    Plants / Fertilizer industries / Gas Sweetening Process and Clean Transportation Fuel
    Project in Oil refineries Tank Farm.
    Minimum least 5 to 8 turnarounds Shutdown.
    Experience of Plant equipment includes Pressure vessels, Horton Sphere, Heat
    Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Columns, Surface Condensers, Reactors, and Furnaces, Non
    Return Valve, PSV, Rapture Disk, Breather Valve and Tank Vents, Sea water lines &
    piping. Pressure Vessels Inspector carrying Inspection of Horton Sphere, shall/must have
    experience of working with the Rope access and Perform Pressure Vessel Internal
    Inspection and able to carry out the Visual Inspection of Weld Joints and NDT required
    for weld joints to confirm the weld joints are suitable for service as per applicable NDT
    Code and Referencing Construction Code.

    Education Qualification:
    10+2+ 4 Year, Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
    Where 2=12th Standard in Science from C.B.S.E. 12th Physics, Maths and Chemistry
    Experience: in OIL and GAS Refineries or Petrochemical Plant, Fertilizer Plant.
    8 to 10 Year for Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical
    NCB-Certification (NCB-National Certification Body)
    AWS-CWI
    American Welding Society - Certified Welding Inspector

    API 510 Pressure Vessels Inspector


    API 653 Above-ground Storage Tanks Inspector
    NDT and NDE Level-2 (Certified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A or CP-189) Edition: 2011
    NDT Level-2 RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, ET and LT
    RT-Radiographic Testing
    RFI-Radiographic Film Interpretation (RFI/RTFI)
    UT-Ultrasonic Testing-UT Thickness Gauging and UT Weld Scanning In-service and
    Modification/New Weld Joint.
    MT-Magnetic Partical Testing and WFMPI
    PT-Liquid Penetrant Testing
    VT-Visual and Optical Testing
    ET-Eddy Current Testing
    RFET-Remote Field Eddy Current Testing
    MFL-Magnetic Flux Leakage for Tank Floor Inspection
    LT-Leak Testing

    Additional Certification: Added advantage


    API 580 Risk-Based Inspection (Supplemental Certification Program)
    ET-Eddy Current Testing
    LT-Leak Testing and MFL-Magnetic Flux Leakage for Tank Floor Inspection

    HRD and Legal formalities:


    IQAMA (Residence Permit to stay and Work at KSA) and Entry Permits to Plant (OIL Refinery)
    will be arranged by Clint HR Team once the Technical selection is over.

    Work Permit: Necessary work permit and Area entry permits will be issued by the Clint and
    Safety Measure to take prior Inspection will be guided by HSE Inspector and HSE Inspector will
    monitor the work of Inspector, to carry out the Safe Inspection Practices.
    P.P.E: By Clint such as Safety Harness, Safety Goggles, Hand Gloves, Hard Hat.
    Safety Shoes: To be arranged by Inspector as per his size and brand selection, according to site
    safety requirements.
    Other Benefits:
    Transportation from Residence to Mumbai International Airport or from your Residing country to
    Airport: By client.
    AIR Ticket from Residence country to RIYADH : By client.
    RIYADH Airport to Hotel: By client. And
    Hotel to RIYADH Airport to: By client, after completion of Shutdown
    Transportation from Hotel to Plant to Hotel: By Clint.
    Time: 10 to 12 Hours a Day Time: 06am to 06:00 pm or as assisted by the Clint.
    Duration: 30 to 45 days
    Interview and Medical Location: Not yet clarified
    Accommodation and Laundry at Hotel: By Clint
    After Handover of all the Inspection report and acceptance of Inspection Report to Clint
    requirement and clarification received based on the site the Salary will be issued.
    Duration of Work: Service Certificate will be issued at the end of the day for the Inspection
    carried out and scope of work done and duration of stay or days worked.
    Return Ticket to Residence country: By AIR arranged by Clint
