Road Trafic Regulation Act (as amended)
have made an Order the effect of which is to
prohibit any vehicle from turning right from
Cardiff Road into Monmouth Castle Drive.
The alternative route is via Waterloo Road

Road.
The reason for making the Order is to
enable essential bore hole works required
for a new bridge design.
The Order is operative from 23 February
2015 and will continue in force for a period
