EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
PHP Training Program is a project regarding Training and developing that has been planned by
the ESAJEE SOLUTIONS (a leading software developing firm in Islamabad) to provide a
platform for employees to attain knowledge in the already expanding field of web developing.
PHP is a web developing language and offers allot more functionality that the already existing
languages and tools. As it is a widely known belief that the employees of any organization needs
to be trained and developed on a regular basis, if necessary, so that not only do they benefit their
organization in return, but also develop their careers. The idea PHP Training Program has been
initiated by the firm keeping in mind the demand for the said skill in the market and the benefit
of the employees as well as the firm eventually.
PROJECT PURPOSE
Business Need:
The PHP training Program has been initiated to help the employees get trained for the emerging
market of web developing. PHP is a web based developing tool which is allot more easier than
the conventional Languages like C++, and Java. Not only it is convenient but the possibilities
and application it offers are also great. Moreover there is a great demand in the current market
and a demand formation by the customers in the near future. This training will contribute to the
development of the employees and will also help in catering their career paths
Business Objectives:
The objective of the business for this project are not merely limited to the current time and
situation but are linked towards the strategic objective of the firm in the future also. They are:
Monetary Objectives:
The project will help us increase a revenue of PRs. 500,000. by getting a bid which is
offered by a customer organization.

Project Objectives:
In order to achieve success on this project, the following objectives must be met within the
designated time and budget allocations:
Educate the employees about the benefits of the training program being offered
Educate the employees about the need of the PHP tool in the developing industry (although
most of the employees already know this because they operate in the same industry, but still
this should be clearly defined)
Train 10 employees (software developers) in PHP web developing.
Project Requirements:
This project must meet the following list of requirements in order to achieve success.
Hire PHP developing expert/s that will train our employees (developers)
Arrange the necessary tools required in the training program.
Get the necessary softwares required in the project

she will be the one to look into it and set things on course again.
