INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FROM
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Logon to http://www.scclmines.com
2.
Click on link Careers with us link available in home page.
3.
Applicants are advised to fill up the online application form well in

advance, without waiting for the last date, to avoid the last minute
hassle.
4.
The printed form of the application signed by the candidate enclosing

therewith copies of certificates in proof of age, qualification, experience,
marks memos, caste etc., self-addressed stamped (Rs.5/-) envelope should
be sent to the General Manager (Personnel)/EE&RC, The Singareni
Collieries Company Ltd, Recruitment Cell, Kothagudem-507 101, Khammam
Dist. (TS) only by Post/ Courier superscribing the application registration
number, Post Code, and name of the post on the envelope. Envelopes
not indicating application registration number (OR) name of the post will be
rejected at the initial stage itself.
5.
The candidates who have enrolled their names in Employment Exchange

may submit copy of Employment Registration Card along with print of online
application.
6.
Crossed DD for Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) drawn in favour of

SCCL, payable at SBH, Kothagudem or Hyderabad Branch, towards
Application Processing Fee. SC, ST candidates are exempted from payment
of fee.
7.
Before filling up the application form, the applicants are advised to go

through the instructions and detailed advertisement carefully, which are
available at the link How to Apply and Detailed Advertisement.

Full Name of Applicant : (as it appears on Certificate(s). Mismatch in

spelling may disqualify his/her candidature. Do not use prefix as Shri,
Smt. Mrs. Kumari, Dr. etc.).

Full Name of Applicants Father : (as it appears on Certificate(s).

Mismatch in spelling may disqualify his/her candidature. Do not use
prefix as Shri/Smt/Mrs/Kumar/Dr etc).

Date of Birth : (as per Secondary/Sr. Secondary Exam Certificate).
Applicants are advised to deposit the requisite examination fee as per

Advertisement.
9.
Applicants are advised to keep all relevant documents (Educational

Certificate etc.) Scanned Photograph & Scanned signature ready before
starting with the form filling process.
10.
Spaces (fields) in online forms are of two types One, in which the applicant
can enter the information manually, and another, in which the applicant can
select one of the options. (Selective fields are of three types some fields
are to be selected from Dropdown Menu, some are to be selected by clicking
on the Radio Button/Box and for entering the date, select Date, Month &
Year one by one).
11.
While filling up the online application form, you may press Tab button or use
Mouse click to move to the next column in the application form.
12.
Please fill complete correspondence address as required. Applicant should

mention mobile number, a valid e-mail ID to receive important information
regarding examination through SMS/e-mail.
13.
Please fill your educational qualification as per columns.
Engineering
Graduates, the percentage of marks secured in all the semesters of II year to

Final year shall be average percentage to be posted in the MARKS column.
While arriving average, the responsibility of accuracy is solely responsible of
the candidate. In case, the said percentage of marks are found mismatched
with
the
original
marks
the
candidature
shall
be
liable
for
rejection/cancellation.
14.
Upload Photo (Jpg upto 25 kb) : Only JPG image file is allowed. Please
check PHOTO format and size, before confirming the form as nonrecognisance of face in photo may lead to rejection of form. Latest passport
size photo is only to be uploaded and it shall represent the facial image of
the candidate applied. In case of mismatch at any stage, the candidature is
liable for cancellation.
15.
Uploading signature (Jpg upto 15kb) : Only JPG image file is allowed.
Please check signature format and size, before confirming the form as non
visibility of signature may lead to rejection of form.
16.
The applicants are advised to check the details filled in and satisfy
themselves that all information have been correctly filled up.
If
applicant finds all information correct and he/she is in agreement with

declaration, may click on SUBMIT option at the bottom of this page.
No change in the filled in information by the applicant would be allowed
after clicking on SUBMIT option in any case.
17.
Click on Submit button at bottom of the page will display the filled in
application form for print / save.
18.
Here system displays filled in application and provides the Application ID.
Applicant
is
advised
to
note down
the
Applicant ID for future
correspondence. Further SMS / e-mail alerts as a token will be received by

the applicant.
19.
To view the submitted application and to take a printout of application at any

later stage, a link is given on the home page. Applicant may log into this
page using his/her date of birth and Applicant ID, to get printout of submitted
form.
20.
The list of shortlisted candidates for Written Test will be placed in our
website. Candidates are advised to check the same and those who are
shortlisted can download their hall ticket and submit the same at the written
examination counter to get their entry into the examination hall.
21.
Please note, no hall tickets will be posted to the candidates and no one
will be allowed to take up written examination without having
downloaded hall ticket and Identification Proof mentioned in the
application form.
22.
The applicants who are already employed in State/Central/PSUs / Govt.

Employees shall submit their NOC / Relief Letter at the time of selection
for the post, failing which their selection will be liable for cancellation.
No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
23.
The candidates applying for the post should ensure that they fulfil all
eligibility conditions, their admission at all the stages will be purely
provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
24.
Mere issue of hall ticket to the candidate will not imply that his candidature
has been finally cleared.
The SCCL takes up verification of eligibility
conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of

selection process.
