CustomershallhavetorighttochoosearefundoracreditforfuturetravelonIndiGoorrebookingontoanalternativeIndiGoflightatnoadditionalcost(subjecttoavailability)subjecttothe
requirementsunderthelocallawsofthecountryinwhichtheflighthasbeencancelled,rescheduledordelayed.
InthespecialcaseinwhichasubsequentportionofanIndiGoflightiscancelledwhileaCustomerisalreadyintransit,suchCustomershallhavetherighttochoosetoremainatthetransit
stationandtoberebookedontoanalternativeIndiGoflighttothefinaldestinationatnoadditionalcostsubjecttoavailabilityortoremainatthetransitstationandacceptapartialrefundforthe
