    This travel voucher is valid for a complimentary same day connecting journey on a Queensland
    Rail City network service to or from your Queensland Rail Travel service (Excludes the Airtrain
    service to or from the Brisbane Airport).

    Luggage Allowance

    Customers booked in triple/economy sleepers and economy/premium economy seats are


    allowed one (1) piece of checked luggage (not exceeding 20 kilograms/44 pounds) plus one
    piece of carry on hand luggage (at a maximum size of 23 cm x 34 cm x 48cm and not exceeding
    20 kilograms/44 pounds).
    Customers booked in twin and single sleepers (including Queenslander Class), RailBed and
    business seats are allowed an additional one (1) piece of checked luggage (not exceeding 20
    kilograms/44 pounds).
    Allluggageitemsmustbelabelledwiththecustomersnameandphonecontactnumber.
    Acceptance of excess luggage above the standard allowance is subject to available space on
    the day of service and on payment of excess luggage charges of $15.00 per item.
