    Initiates and maintains patent intravenous line.
    Administers high alert medications, narcotics, and controlled drugs.

    Prepares and administers medication through oral, rectal, and parenteral routes.

    I chose this career because this is my vocation to serve people who are in need of medical treatment
    and to save lives.

    I drop my previous employer since July 21, 2014 due to professional and personal development. I wish
    to extend my knowledge and gain more experience in order to have growth in my profession. Through
    this I can be competitive in any various of fields in medical area. I prepared for my IELTS examination in
    the Philippines while taking some units for my masteral in a university but unfortunately I need funds to
    support my endevour that is why I am applying in your hospital which I know can mold more my
