RECOMMENDATION FOR THE ISSUE OF AN AIRWORTHINESS REVIEW CERTIFICATE
5.1.
This is to certify that all of the above records have been reviewed for the period 30-10-2013 to
10-10-2014 and the aircraft VT-RPG was found to be fully in compliance with all of the applicable
requirements of CAR M. On this basis it is recommended that an Airworthiness Review Certificate be
issued in accordance with M.A.901.
Note:
If the result of the full airworthiness review is unsatisfactory or inconclusive then this form, along with
all necessary supporting data should be sent to the DGCA in order to satisfy the requirements of
M.A.710(h)

Check for damages, dents/ any extensive, patch, repairs in the
airframe/engine and quality of repair.
Check tyres, brakes, landing gears.
Check engine inlet, fan blades, outlets, open the cowling and
check for oil leaks.
Check fuel tanks for any leakage.
Check the condition of flaps/aileron/stabilizer for any dent delamination etc.
Check the condition of pilot /AOA probes and cleanliness of
static ports.
Check the condition of static dischargers/wicks.

Inspect safety belts & operation (rewind) of safety belts inertial
reels of Pilot and co-pilot. Seats.
Visually inspect for proper operation and condition of entrance
door and door step.
Carry out engine ground run and Check for proper start, idle
power setting , takeoff power
During engine run Check all the engine instruments for proper
operation.
