Mojito
Cocktail Recipe
50ml. Havana club
6-7 quarters of lime
4-5 mint leaves
2 bar spoons brown sugar
Simple syrup to taste
Soda water to top up
Garnish with a mint spring
Muddle the lime, mint and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass,
fill with plenty of crushed ice, and add the rum. Stir well and add
dash or two of simple syrup, to taste. Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a mint spring two straws and serve.
Pina Colada
Cocktail Recipe
30ml. Malibu
20ml. Dark Rum
30ml. Coconut Cream
20ml. Whipping Cream
a scoop vanilla icecream
90ml. Pineapple Juice
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice for 15-20sec.
Garnish with pineapple, orange and cherry and serve with straw.

40ml. Citrus Vodka
15ml. Triple sec
20ml. Cranberry juice
10ml. Fresh lime juice
Garnish: Flamed orange peel
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply,
and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish and serve.
Mai Tai

30ml. Jamaican Rum (white rum)
30ml. Dark Rum
20ml. Orange curacao
20ml. Fresh lime juice
10ml. Orgeat Syrup
Garnish: a mint spring and lime wedge
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply,
and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Margarita
Cocktail Recipe
50 ml Gold tequila
25 ml triple sec Cointreau
25 ml lime juice
salt for the glass
Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice in shaker. Rum the
rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Strain
into the glass, and serve.
Martini
Cocktail Recipe:
75ml. Gin
a dash of vermouth extra dry
an olive to garnish
Method of preparation of this cocktail are two stirred or shaken.
Add product in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir vigorously. Pour
into chilled martini glass and decorate with olives.
Caipirinha
Cocktail Recipe:
50ml. Cachaca
1 Lime
3-4 bar spoons brown sugar
Cut the lime into eight quarters. Place the quarters in the bottom of a rocks
glass add the sugar and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the
cachaca. Stir vigorously and add sugar syrup to taste. Serve with two straws.
Manhattan
Cocktail Recipe:
50ml. Rye whiskey
25ml. Sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: orange zest or maraschino cherry
Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled
cocktail glass, add the garnish, and serve.
Sea Breeze

50ml. Vodka
75ml. Grapefruit Juice
50ml. Cranberry Juice
a lime wedge, to garnish
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve with
straw.

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Tomato juice
1 dash Lemon juice

2 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker / stirrer and pour into an
unusually shaped glass. Add Crushed Ice and decorations to create a
great speciality drink from an easy to make recipe!

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 dash(es) Grenadine
Fill glass(es) Orange Juice
Measure one ounce of Vodka and a half ounce of Peach Schnapps. Pour this into a glass over ice. Fill the
rest with orange juice and add dash of Grenadine. Then pull out the blanket and go at it with the one you
desire most.
Mai Tai
2 oz Bacardi Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Myer's Dark Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Mix everything together and then top off with Myer's Rum. Serve with pineapple slice and cherry with an
oriental umbrella.
Long Island Iced Tea
3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Tequila
3/4 oz White Whiskey (optional)
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash(es) Coke
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a tumbler filled with ice. The whiskey is optional. All liquors shoud
be clear except for the tequila. You should use good quality liquors for this drink unless you want it to taste
like crap. It should actually taste like iced tea with a little kick.
Tequila Sunrise
2 oz Tequila
2 tsp(s) Grenadine
5 oz Orange Juice
Pour 2 oz of tequila into a highball glass. Add ice and 2 tsp of grenadine. Fill the rest of the glass with

Ingredients
1 1/2 Oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
Club Soda
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
2 Tbsp. Simple Syrup or 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Method
Muddle 12 fresh mint leaves and 1/2 a lime. Cover with 2 Tbsp. of simple
syrup or 1 Tbsp. of sugar and top with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of BACARDI Superior Rum and top with Club
Soda. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
