monthly cash flow, Project Profitability reports, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet.

Monitoring Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

To ensure the laid down financial policies and regulations of the Company are
followed by all concerned and managing the staff effectively to obtain optimum
output

To maintain the Computerized Accounting System on an up to date basis.

To prepare annual budget in consultation with various departments viz. sales,
technical, administration, construction etc. monitoring of adherence to budgeted
(standard) Vs. actual and timely information to the management.

To supervise the preparation of Cash/Bank/Journal Vouchers and entry into the
Computer on a daily basis and generate daily reports for management with the help
of Assistants & all kind of reconciliation.

To monitor activities of the Storekeeper regarding Receipt and Issue of materials for
Store.

To oversee the preparation of Sales and Service Invoices, Debit & Credit Notes etc.

To prepare Debtors and Creditors aging statements and to arrange payment and
collection plans in consultation with the Management.

To allocate Materials Cost, Manpower Cost and indirect expenses of each Project by
analyzing the materials issues, Time Sheet valuations etc. in order to prepare Project
Profitability Report.

Preparation and organization of all required documents as per the Audit requirement.
To coordinate with Auditors to get the annual audit done and obtain Zakat Certificate.

Preparation of Payroll, and all Admin works corporate with Head Office.

Manage All Employees & Guidance about their work.

Routine correspondence and coordinating with Local and Overseas Suppliers,


Banks, Insurance Companies Auditors and other agencies.

Personal Strength:

Experienced in MS Dos and Windows operating systems. Proficient in MS Office (MS


Word, Excel & Power Point), E-mail & Internet, etc. thorough and hands on experience
in implementing and working on different accounting programs like JD Edward
PeopleSoft, SOLOMON , ACC & TALLY
