    Interpretation:
    From the above shown table we can state that majority of the employees (75 per-cents) are
    identifying themselves somewhat satisfied with the hours they work per week in Fairway. About
    6 per-cents of the employees are extremely satisfied about the hours they work. But 13 per-cents
    of the employees are not so happy with working hours. But overall we can say they are satisfied.

    Interpretation:
    From the above shown table we can state that majority of the employees (38 per-cents) are
    identifying themselves somewhat satisfied with the amount of paid vacation time/sick leave
    offered in Fairway. But 25 per-cents employees are Neutral and 26 per-cents employees are not
    happy. Though 13 per-cents employees are very much Satisfied, Fairway should work on it to
    increase the Satisfaction level to the employees.
