With reference to the above, we are excited to offer you a position as our Office Administrator cum
Secretary in our company effective today 14th. September 2015, with terms and conditions are as
follows:-
POSITION
Office Administrator cum Secretary
EFFECTIVE DATE
14 September 2015-09-29
SALARY DATE
Payment by Cheque or CASH by or on 3rd. of every month.
ANNUAL LEAVE
8 days a year excluding public holidays gazetted by government and starts 1st day of working with
prorated calculation.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY
With reference to Labour Law the company will allow minimum 12 days Public Holidays, however,
the company will consider to acknowledge certain Public Holidays if it doesn’t interfere with the
running of the Agency.
MEDICAL CLAIM
Medical claim granted for a year is RM 150 and cannot be brought forward. Medical bill/receipt is to
be given for claim before 25th. Of every month and should not exceed RM 50 at one time claim.
OVERTIME FEES
Overtime is upon request by the management and at pay rate 50% more than our basic per hour.
Basic : RM 7
OT : RM 10.60
Double Pay : RM 14 (during Public Holiday)
OFFICE KEYS
Once given a set of office keys please guard it and you are not allowed to make copies without
consent of management. Please surrender the keys if you are no more in service with this company.
NOTICE OF RELEASE OR RESIGNATION
The company has the right to terminate you 24 hours if any of the legal rules has been breached or
we feel that you are unfit to carry your duty with solid proof. However, under normal circumstances
if you with to resign from your position or the company with to release you, either parties is
required to give 1 month written notice.
QUALITY OF WORK
The company expect quality and efficient work. If there is unsatisfactory in terms of working
attitude and habit, we have the right to give notice of release as per stated under clause ‘Notice of
Release or Resignation’.
DRESS CODE
You are required to wear professional formal dress or any national or traditional dress. No jeans are
allowed (except for Saturday and requested by management).
