With reference to the above, we are excited to offer you a position as our Office Administrator cum
Secretary in our company effective today 14th. September 2015, with terms and conditions are as
follows:-

POSITION
Office Administrator cum Secretary

EFFECTIVE DATE
14 September 2015-09-29

DAILY WORKING HOURS


Monday to Friday : 9am – 5:30pm (with lunch hour at 1pm – 2pm)
Saturday : 9am – 1pm

SALARY PER MONTH


Your Basic Salary is : RM 1,200.00
EPF Contribution from Employer 13% : 156.00
SOCSO Contribution from Employer : 20.15
Handphone Bill Allowance : 40.00

TOTAL SALARY : RM 1,416.15

EPF Contribution from Employee 11% : RM 132.00


SOCSO Contribution From Employee : 5.75
EPF
The Company will organize monthly contribution until you cease working with us.

SALARY DATE
Payment by Cheque or CASH by or on 3rd. of every month.

BONUS AND INCREAMENT


Appraisal will b done in during Puasa Month every year to determine increase of salary after a year
of duty and whether work performance is satisfactory for yearly Bonus.
** Annual leave, MC, Attendance and quality of work will be evaluated during appraisal.

ANNUAL LEAVE
8 days a year excluding public holidays gazetted by government and starts 1st day of working with
prorated calculation.

Maximum 2 days annual leaves are allowed to be carried forward.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY
With reference to Labour Law the company will allow minimum 12 days Public Holidays, however,
the company will consider to acknowledge certain Public Holidays if it doesn’t interfere with the
running of the Agency.

MEDICAL CLAIM
Medical claim granted for a year is RM 150 and cannot be brought forward. Medical bill/receipt is to
be given for claim before 25th. Of every month and should not exceed RM 50 at one time claim.

OVERTIME FEES
Overtime is upon request by the management and at pay rate 50% more than our basic per hour.
Basic : RM 7
OT : RM 10.60
Double Pay : RM 14 (during Public Holiday)

PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL


You are required to keep all information pertaining our company and clients and handling of any
matters relate to work strictly private and confidential, which if you fail to do so or found to breach
any secret or trusts or rules and regulations (with proof) the management has the right to
TERMINATE YOU WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE.

PRIVATE USAGE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS


Workstation/room and office facilities are strictly for assigned work only, management do not
tolerate any private use of any office facilities at any time during and after work.

OFFICE KEYS
Once given a set of office keys please guard it and you are not allowed to make copies without
consent of management. Please surrender the keys if you are no more in service with this company.
NOTICE OF RELEASE OR RESIGNATION
The company has the right to terminate you 24 hours if any of the legal rules has been breached or
we feel that you are unfit to carry your duty with solid proof. However, under normal circumstances
if you with to resign from your position or the company with to release you, either parties is
required to give 1 month written notice.

QUALITY OF WORK
The company expect quality and efficient work. If there is unsatisfactory in terms of working
attitude and habit, we have the right to give notice of release as per stated under clause ‘Notice of
Release or Resignation’.

DRESS CODE
You are required to wear professional formal dress or any national or traditional dress. No jeans are
allowed (except for Saturday and requested by management).
