1. Disperse Disodium EDTA in water and mix. Begin to heat Phase A to 75C.
2. At RT separately combine Lactic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and Butylene Glycol in order listed mixing between additions.
3. Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A; mix and maintain temperature at 75 C.
4. In a separate container heat Phase C to 75-78 C; stir until uniform.
5. Add Phase C to Phases A&B and mix well under propeller.
6. Begin cooling. When the batch is 42-45 C add Phase D ingredients in order listed and mix until uniform.
7. Adjust for water loss.

1. In a suitable vessel, sprinkle Stabileze 06 into the water. Heat at 78-80C and mix for 45 minutes.
2. Neutralize with Sodium Hydroxide and mix well until clear.
3. Begin cooling. At 65C add the remaining ingredients in Phase A in order listed and mix well between each addition.
4. When the batch is 50C add Plexagel ASC (Phase B); mix well until fully incorporated.
5. At 40-42C add Phase C ingredients. Slowly mix after each addition.
6. At 30C, slowly add Phase D ingredients in order listed; mix with moderate speed after each addition until fully
incorporated. Adjust for water loss.

2. Add Sodium Hydroxide solution with good mixing. Stop mixing and let cool to 70C.
3. In a separate vessel, premix ingredients in Phase B and heat to 55-60C. Mix until every ingredient is fully dispersed.
4. When the main batch is at 70C add Phase B and mix until fully incorporated.
5. When the batch is at 60-65C add aloe Gel 10:1 and mix. Add Hexylene Glycol to the batch and mix.
6. When the batch is at 50-55C add Lubrajel IIXD.
7. In a separate vessel, premix ingredients in Phase D; heat to 40-45C and mix well.
8. Slowly add Phase D at 40C to the main batch and mix well until a clear gel is formed.
9. At 35-40C add Phase E to the batch and mix. Compensate for water loss.

PROCEDURE
1. Heat water to 75C; add remaining ingredients of Phase A. (pre-wet gums with the Butylene Glycol)
2. Add Phase B (70-75C) to Phase A at 75C. (use homo-mixer). Homogenize for 10 minutes.
3. Cool to 55C while slow homo-mixing; add Phases C&D (pre-mixed). Mix until uniform.
4. Add Phase E to batch; mix until uniform.
5. Switch to sweep-mixing. Continue sweep-mixing to RT.
6. Add Phase F while sweep-mixing. Avoid aerating batch. Mix until uniform.
