This has reference to our meeting for conveyor with vision system for brake revert check POKE YOKE,
herewith we are pleased to submit our techno commercial offer as per the given drawing and specifications.
We Trust our offer is in line with your requirements. If any clarification in our offer please feel free to

Scope of Work:
Our Scope of works which will covers.
1.
Design, Engineering and Supply of Complete conveyor system with vision based poke yoke as per
the given System Overview.
2.
Selection of Suitable Automation Products as per the Specification and instruction.
3.
We have considered Mitsubishi Automation System and Omron vision system in our technical offer.
4.
Supply of Control Panel and machine wiring with automation products as per our BOQ and approved
drawing.
5.
Offline logic development for PLC with necessary Interlocks. Initialization of servo systems with the
axis data entry as per the machine Requirement. HMI development with required alarms and reports
as per the customer requirements.
6.
On site erection, commissioning, IO simulation, Trial Run and Handover.
7.
Project Documentation with Soft and Hardcopy will be provided. (Each 1 Sets)
Technical clarification & Exclusion:
1. Power supply of 230 v single phase, 5 bar compressed air connection at our machine inlet will be
Carlisle scope of Supply.
2. The space allocation for conveyor and related machine layout change will be Carlisle scope of Supply.
3. If any item required other than our BOQ will be charged Extra.
4. Required logics, HMI Screens and Interlocks will be provided by Carlisle for development of
Automation software.
