    INSTALLATION OF IVMS-4200 on Linux OS

    Steps need to be followed:


    1. Login to Ubuntu machine as a root (root is equivalent to admin of windows)
    2. Download iVMS-4200_Linux.tar.gz from ftp link
    3. iVMS-4200_Linux.tar.gz will get downloaded to Downloads (path) of Ubuntu 12.04
    4. Open the terminal in Ubuntu machine with the help of ctrl+alt+t
    5. In Ubuntu by default you will be in path of root after login
    6. Now you need to change your path to the Downloads as your iVMS-4200_Linux.tar.gz is downloaded in that
    path
    7.You can change your path to the Downloads by the command cd Downloads
    8. Now you should check the file contents of Downloads directory. You can carry out it by ls -l command.
    9. It will show you iVMS-4200_Linux.tar.gz.This file is in compressed and tar format. Its like zip or WinRAR of
    windows.
    10. We need to extract that file. For this command is tar -zxvf iVMS-4200_Linux.tar.gz
    11.Now run the command ls -l to view the content of files
    12. It will show you iVMS-4200 and other files. You need to run that iVMS-4200 file.
    13.To run iVMS-4200 file command is ./iVMS-4200
    14. Now you will get login page of ivms-4200 s/w.
    Refer to below screen shots for better understandings.
    Tested OS: ON UBUNTU 12.04, 13.04 & 14.04 (32 bit), Linux Mint 16 (32 Bits)
