The

is
a

milestone
for
your

We
are
thrilled
to
be

they
begin
an

Our
goal
is
for
every
student
to
reach
his
or
her
developmental
and
educational
potential
by
building
a
strong
academic
foundation.
A
students
academic
success
is
based
on
developmental
readiness,
a
nurturing
environment,
and
parental
involvement.
This
year
the
children
will
learn
to
read,
problem
solve,
as
well
as
investigate
the
world
of
science
and
history
through
the
International
Primary
Curriculum
(IPC).
The
five
units
of
IPC
this
year
are
Family
and
Friends,
Lets
Celebrate,
Live
and
Let
Live,

World,
and
The
Stories
People
Tell.
For
Language
Arts,
students
will
begin
by
learning
the
letter
sounds
and
names
of
the
letters.
They
will
explore
the
English
language
through
a
variety
of
activities
using
the
curriculums
Words
Their
Way
and
Jolly
Phonics.
In
math,
we
will
use
Singapore
Math.
The
first
unit
explores
numbers
1-5.
If
you
