Close Outlook
Open Control Panel -> proceed to Mail ->Click Show Profile
Do not delete old profile because it will be used to find the path of your .PST file.
Create a new outlook profile named outlook2010
Click Next

Automatic configuration (do not use manual configuration)

Enter your username (NGCP\username) and password (NGCP\password). Wait until the
(3) checks appear.

Click Finish

Make sure that the newly created outlook profile is set as default (select Always use this
profile).

10 Click OK
11 If an error occurs on account validation (#6), please call the IT personnel to assist you.
