With the advent of Internet, Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud (SMAC) technologies combined with the aspirations of Gen Y, Organizations have to change and change for good. In our survey we found out that Gen Y loves playing games and what is better if we merge Talent Acquisition with Games by Gamifying our Recruitment combined with Mobility.
