    All for Health towards Health for All, our president has been advertising about smoking and
    most especially on drugs. Campaigning No to drugs and no to smoking. Hence, the Department of Health
    and the Local Government Unit of San Vicente is passing the approved ordinance starting to our SV toda
    here in our municipality.
    Hereafter, we have started and will continue moving with the help of our prestigious Philippine
    National Police of San Vicente.
    In connection to this, may we ask for your humble assistance regarding our upcoming Drugs and
    Smoking Orientation on October 7, 2016 at 3rd Floor, PNP Station San Vicente, Ilocos Sur. Assistance as
    follows: Lecture on Penalties/ Sanction on drugs and smoking.
