    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
    BERGER Decora Synthetic Semi-Gloss Enamel is high quality, high performance synthetic enamel paint based on Alkyd
    resin with semi gloss finish for use on interior surfaces.
    It has excellent flow and leveling properties and on application forms a smooth and semi gloss film.
    The product has a excellent covering capacity and good opacity.

    RECOMMENDED AREAS OF APPLICATION


    Suitable for interior and exterior use on primed timber, masonry and metal surfaces.

    APPLICATION DATA
    Method of Application : Brush, Roller or Spray.
    : Solvalux 7-9
    Thinner
    Thinning ratio (by vol.) : Brushing: 15 - 20%
    Rolling: as such or upto 5% if required
    Spraying: 40 - 45% (apply at 70 psi)
    SURFACE PREPARATION
    In case of grease / oil contamination use Solvalux 7-9 for cleaning the surface before sanding with suitable abrasive paper.
    For larger area wire brush can be used for removal of old paint.
    For old and strongly adhered paint film on metallic and wooden surface BERGER Quick Paint Remover should be used for
    stripping the paint.

    APPLICATIONS DETAILS
    On the clean prepared surfaces, apply BERGER Metal Primer (on Metal surface) / Touchwood Woodorite Primer (on
    Wooden surface) or BERGER PVA Primer (for masonry), after drying sand lightly with emery paper-320 and topcoat with
    Decora Semi Gloss Enamel.
    Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use, with a broad, flat stirrer, using an upward lifting action.
    Use Thinner as per recommended thinning ratio, Apply uniformly either by brushing, rolling or spraying.
    Second coat to be applied only after 18 hr. of the first coat.

    RECOMMENDED PAINT SYSTEM


    One coat x Berger Premium Metal Primer / Touchwood Woodorite Primer / Berger PVA Primer (depending on substrate)
    One coat x Berger Universal Undercoat
    Two coats x Berger Decora Synthetic Semi-Gloss Enamel
