    2G and 3G,4G Network Experience in V3 and V4(ZXG10iBSC, ZXUR9000 (V4) BSCs and RNC
    and eNodeB.
    Installation, Hardware configuration & Commissioning of BTS sites.(ZXSDR8900,8800,8700).
    BSC and V3,V2 ,Micro BTS and SDR BTS software up gradation.
    SDR Swap and expansion and Migration for BSC/RNC internal capacities resource
    arrangements.
    Onsite support of field engineers for fault handling and troubleshooting (transmission, hardware
    and QoS).
    Performance management, KPI analysis, configuration management & Fault management.
    BSC Capacity calculation and resource optimization for Cutovers and Interface requirements for
    proposed Expansions and ongoing rollouts.
    Capacity calculation includes BIPB resource calculation, Trx capacity, Abis interface, GB
    Interface, module adjustment and EUIP resource availability.
    Monitoring of KPI reports of CDR, CSSR, HSR, TCH and SDCCH,RRC Connection Success
    Rate, RAB Drop rate, IRAT HO Failures and take necessary actions to resolve the issues.
    Responsible for justifying for worst Cells of the network on daily basis.
    Troubleshooting of mute calls, packet loss on RNC and Node B level.
    SDR expansions (Soft & Hard)
    SDR E1 expansions (Including BSC end Patching support & Configurations & Troubleshooting).
    Lucid Channel configuration for MISU to enable external alarms including Dry contact alarms.
    SDR teams queries/reports troubleshooting for ZTE & CMPAK teams.
    V2/V3 sites Expansions (Cascading/New Racks) and E1 Expansions (Patching/Configurations).
    Rollout new phase sites define with full configuration parameters.
    GB link interface(IPGB and FRGB) Planning, integration and commissioning .
    Implementation of WAP to improve radio network performance.

    Experience of BTS Version up gradation of V3,V2 and Micro BTS.


    ZTE Clients, MINOS and EMS, LMT,ICM,OSS.
    CMPAK maintenance issues regarding faults/maintenance.
    EASS work for rollout & Operational sites.(configurations/troubleshooting.
    Support ZTE managed services teams for daily troubleshooting & OMCR work.
