Profitable businesses and administering finances will answer the following questions:

Statement of the Problem


1. What causes the businesses fail?
2. What are the financial characteristics of a business to be profitable?
3. What are the financial practices to improve managing business profits?

Methodology
Descriptive research is designed to describe characteristics of a population or
phenomenon.
Picking a kind of research will rely on the research questions that the researcher
want to answer. This research study is intended to depict qualities of money related
managing practices of businesses and explores the effect of the financial management
practices and financial qualities on business productivity.

Selecting research design is the next step after picking researchers type of
research. There are four sorts of research design from which to choose: survey,

experiments, perception and secondary information. Selecting research outline will


depend on the favorable circumstances and disadvantages of every research design in
which the statement of the problems are characterized. In this research both survey
and secondary data methods are utilized as a part of the combination. Survey was
picked as a research procedure in this study, to investigate and describe financial
management practices of businesses. Surveys are soon to compose and hopefully
straightforwardly conveyed to businesses to gather information related to financial
management practices and characteristics. The contention for picking survey was
twofold. Firstly, surveys provide quick, productive and exact method for evaluating
data about the population. Furthermore, surveys are more fitting in situations where
there is lack of additional information.

The secondary data technique was utilized to inspect the money related attributes
of businesses. One of the goals of gathering information related with financial
management practices, which are gathered from the survey, and information related
with financial qualities of businesses, which are gotten from the financial statements,
was to test hypotheses. This research study was intended to test two sorts of theories;
to begin with the theory of the synchronous effects of financial management practices
and financial qualities on business profitability. The second was the hypotheses
related to differences in the average benefits between businesses with efficient
financial management practices and businesses with inefficient practices.
