Transfer to Basecamp at 1500m alleviation above sea level- acclimatise,
safety briefing, course briefing
Campcraft- hardskills input; setting up camps, food and water
preparations, bush toilet, knot and rope skills, camsite arrangements
Planning, coordination and teamwork:Concepts and Models- 1 page, 3Ps, Situational Leadership
Instillation of personal values, discipline, integrity, personal effectiveness
and efficiency
Bon Fire- Fear in the Hat
Nature Appreciation
Day 2
Morning walk with the fog. Quote Sharing, Morning Circle- Personal
Solitude, physical and mental nourishment
Trust Building activities:- Enforce TDI (Team Development Input),
master roping skills, personal enhancement, mobile rope course
Bon Fire- Group Presentation- recognising and appreciating oneself or
group talent
Day 3
Morning Jog with the Fog. Proceed with Morning Circle
Mini Trekking- Reinforce TDI, Promote ownership, rotational of
functions and roles
Hardskills:- Introduction to Expedition, Navigation (map, compass &
GPS)
Tower Abseil- strengthen trust
Hardskills and local knowledge- area orientation
Peaking Adventure- Final Debrief
Dismantle Camps and Packing- Environmental practices, regeneration,
leave no trace
