    To update the software on your Sharp LCD-TV: 1. Download the latest software version from Sharp's website and copy it to the root directory of a USB drive as the only file. 2. Insert the USB drive into the TV and select "Yes" when prompted to start the update. 3. The TV will update automatically and display a progress bar; do not turn off the TV during this process. 4. After completing successfully or failing, remove the USB drive and reset the TV by pressing "OK". Repeat the process if it initially fails.

    Actual Software Version of your LCD-TV

    Enter into MENU


    select Settings by using / buttons and push OK
    Select Product Information by using / buttons and push OK.
    You can see the actual Software Version.

    5. Push End to leave the MENU

    SOFTWARE UPDATE
    Download the actual Software from webpage www.sharp.eu.
    Copy the file zTVApp_Complete.zimage on a USB memory. There may no other
    folders like movies, pictures or songs on this USB memory. Put the file direct to the root
    directory.
    Procedure
    1. Insert the USB memory into the side terminal
    2. Once detected the USB it will appear on screen the following request

    3. Press to select Yes and press OK


    The Software Update Process starts. DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE TV!
    Software Upgrading progress **% message appears on screen

    4. Once finished the process the following success or failed message appears

    5. Remove the USB Drive


    6. Press OK to reset the TV
    7. In case of failure, please repeat the upgrade process again
