    INFORMATION
    The undersigned, Assistant Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint
    originally filed by the offended party, accuses Suzy Peck of Brgy. Tagbak,
    Jaro, Iloilo City of the crime of Attempted Homicide, committed as follows:
    That on or about January 29, 2014 , at about nine (9) p.m. , in
    Smallville in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Province of Panay and within the
    jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused Suzy Peck did then
    and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously attempted to kill Vic Tim
    without any premeditation or any circumstance mentioned in Article 247,
    and 248 of the Revised Penal Code, when the latter suddenly drew a knife
    from her bag and commenced to stab the plaintiff herein. However, the
    accused was not able to do all the acts of execution of the felony by reason
    of the fast reaction of the plaintiff to flee from the accused.
    That the plaintiff did not do anything that may have provoked the
    accused in attempting to kill the former.

    No. 74, series of 1967 and Circular No. 23, series of 1975.
