Check whether Well Kept shut in or Not


Check Whether the well is properly sand bagged or
not
Check well flow line and gas input lines are buried
with clear marking or not
Check any valve/ control valve in the well plinth
protected with proper and strong cover or not
Check whether caution board (Danger Well on
production) Is displayed or not.
Check whether equalizer pulley is placed properly
or not( Head should face draw works)
Visually Inspect bull line spelter and Pin condition.
Inspect snubbing line whether any kind or damage
is there.
Check Brake condition including air pressure,
clutch condition and centre pin of equalizer beam.
Check E.C brake
Check High stand and low stand condition
including planks.
Check whether service lines and R/Hoses are
properly tied or not.
Check whether floor pulling line is properly
anchored or not
Check whether floor pulling line is properly
anchored or no
Check whether the well is properly caged or not
Check and remove all shim from mast.
Check whether mast leveling bolts are tight or not
Check whether diving board is vertically tied up or
not
Check bull line locking bolts
Check and Position floating pulley with casing line
Check cross brace position while lowering floors
whether they are laid properly or not
