Cognitive Dissonance and Employees Loan Application
Rationale This manuscript endeavored to explicit the relationship between cognitive dissonance and employees loan application in financing institutions. Accordingly, the researcher can able to advocate employer or the administration a constructive employee intervention especially in decision making. By means of these, the researcher looks forward that through this study, precautionary actions may be implemented to circumvent further indecisiveness of employees in terms of loan application in different financing that may affect the organization and/or to the employees itself. Statement of the Problem This study will determine the relationship between cognitive dissonance and employees loan application. Specifically, this study seeks answers to the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the employees when group according to: a. sex b. age c. length of service d. economic status e. educational attainment 2. Is there a significant difference between employees cognitive dissonance when grouped according to: a. sex b. age c. length of service d. economic status e. educational attainment 3. Is there a significant relationship between cognitive dissonance and employees loan application? Hypothesis In order to answer the foregoing questions, the following hypotheses are formulated: 1. There is no significant difference between employees cognitive dissonance when grouped according to sex, age, length of service, economic status and educational attainment. 2. There is no significant relationship between cognitive dissonance and employees loan application. Proposed Population The proposed population will be the employees of Cansilayan National High School, Murcia, Negros Occidental. Methodology (Research Design) Descriptive-correlational research design will be employed.
