What is perception?
Different people often see the same phenomenon differently.
Perception is the source of ones knowledge of the world. One
wants to know the world and the surrounding environment.
Knowledge is power. Without knowledge one cannot act
effectively. Perception is the main source of such knowledge.
Perception can be defined as the process of selecting, receiving,
organizing, interpreting, checking, and reacting to sensory stimuli
and data. This definition contains several aspects or processes of
perception.
