On 11/30/11 at approximately 1130 hours, members of the Tempe narcotics unit
executed search warrant 201 1-003171 at Yoki A Ma' located at 1920 E.
University, Suite 106, Tempe, The search warrant resulted after a narcotics
investigation revealed that marijuana was being sold at the listed location.
Upon completion of the search warrant quantities of marijuana, firearms and
drug paraphernalia were found. The marijuana flash tested positive for
marijuana.
Nicole Scherf and Rodger Murray were arrested at the scene for the sale of
marijuana.
