Front Desk Associate February 2017- Present
Major Duties: Greet and provide guests with excellent customer service. Know the
property layout and the amenities it provides. Use PBX system to check guests in and
out. Provide room moves when guests are unhappy with their room. Provide guests with
room upgrades upon request. Answer and transfer calls. Prepare maintenance requests,
shuttle requests, and housekeeping requests. Take payment for rooms from guests
including resort fees, damage waivers, and deposit. Solve guests issues to the best of my
ability and make sure the guests are happy with their stay.
Medical Services of America

Data Entry March 2014- Present
Major Duties: I enter data into spreadsheets and Allscripts program including, but not
limited to, all the names and personal information of employees in hospitals/medical
centers in the South Eastern region, enter supplies, edit spreadsheets, and create patients
in Allscripts for classes.
Disney World Resort- Disney College Program

PhotoPass Photographer (Internship) January 2016- May 2016
Major Duties: I took photos of guests in the park in front of major icons, with Disney
movie characters, and proposals all times of the day. I assisted guests in The View where
I helped them view, edit, and print their photos. I had to sell guests photo packages. I took
photos of school marching bands that performed before the evening parade. I assisted
guests of all ages with all questions concerning all of the parks, directions, characters,
and event times. I also broke language barriers to communicate face-to-face with visitors
from all over the world who spoke different languages.

Major Duties: I helped set-up and break down events, decorate, communicate with
customers, problem solve, and bartend. I was able to help the Event Manager creatively
problem solve. I was taught how to market open events through social media and take
customer feedback and apply it to future events. I was also a parking attendant when
needed.

Major Duties: I answered and transferred customer phone calls, gave excellent customer
service, entered time technician earned for repair jobs, order and receive parts for
Camping World and customers, make sure service jobs/repairs are covered/paid for by
manufacturers, check in new units, inventory, organize and file paper work, receive
warranty checks from manufacturers and enter them into the system. If needed, I
retrieved more information from technicians on the needed repairs to get repairs
completely covered and technicians paid for their time.
