We spouses, DOMINIQUE T. ELNAR and DINNAH MARIE B. BALATICO, of legal age,


Filipino, and residents of 1037 N Aguila St., Basak, Cebu City, under oath, depose and say:

1) That, Ryle Paolo B. Cenabre, our nephew currently residing in Spring Village, Upper Pakigne,
Minglanilla, Cebu has an outstanding application for a student visa with the Australian Embassy;

2) That all financial requirements to be incurred by my nephew like course fees, living expenses,
airfare, taxes and all other expenses during his stay in Australia will be fully supported by us;

3) That we have set aside funds from an acceptable source and granted my nephew access to
these funds that are sufficient to meet all these expenses, charges and fees or any such
expenditures required for the remainder of his stay in Australia;

4) That with our present financial capacity, we can guarantee that my nephew will not become a
public charge while outside the Philippines.

5) That we execute this affidavit to attest the truth of foregoing facts and whatever legal
purposes it may serve.
