direction for which the Point is set. This
feature. permits two or more locomotives
to be in use on a layout although there
is only one Power Controller.

positicns. ln each case the solid black rails indicate
ihe " live " sections and the arrows A poiflt to the
" dead " track rails.
When points are used on a layout it is important
that the Power Connecting Clip is correctly
positioned-in front of the Points, as shown at
'B' in Diagrams 2 and 3. lt must not be con-
nected to a lcop or siding because the current
would then only be fed to the remainder of the
layout when the Points were set for that particular
section.

The Hornby R.663 Remote Control Packs (see
overleaf) may be used to aonvert any Hornby
Straight or Curved Poi.nt for operation froma
'-Lever Switch positioned at your Control Centre
(Diagram 5).

The lever must never be held or left in any position
other than at either end of the slot otherwise domoge

Always move the Lever by hand, it must never be
flicked across or allowed to return by spring
