    DEED OF SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    This DEED, made and entered at Iloilo City, Philippines and between MARY CATHERINE
    ACEPCION CLAVERO of legal age, Filipino, married to HERALD JUN CASIPIT CLAVERO
    with residence and postal address DAYAO, ROXAS CITY, CAPIZ and hereinafter called the
    VENDOR,

    And

    CHARLIE THORNTON of legal age, Filipino, married to with residence and postal address at
    LJ LEDESMA SUBDIVISION, JARO, ILOILO CITY and hereinafter called the VENDEE;

    WITNESSETH

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner in fee simple of that certain car HONDA CITY VX+, 2015
    MODEL, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION with all the improvements existing thereon.
    WHEREAS, the above described property is presently mortgaged in favor of MARY CATHERINE
    ACEPCION CLAVERO to secure payment of an original obligation in the principal sum of Seventeen Thousand
    Three Hundred Fifty-two pesos only(P17,352), Philippine currency, contracted by the VENDOR from RCBC
    SAVINGS BANK under the terms and conditions set forth in the said instrument of mortgage executed on MARCH
    18 , 2016 ratified before __________, Notary Public in and for_________ , as per Doc. No ________, Page No.;
