The document describes a 3 player hockey passing drill. Players form groups of 3 and pass in a weaving pattern down the field before one player dribbles to a cone in the middle. This turns into a 2 on 1 situation where the dribbler defends against the other two players. Progressions include adding gates to pass through and making the area smaller to increase difficulty. Regressions include not allowing the defender to pressure until halfway and only allowing interceptions of passes, not tackles.
