Homework

REFLECTION I have done this lesson multiple times as the kids learn more and more. Every student
(TO BE COMPLETED
AFTER YOU TEACH)
becomes engaged when I teach, especially this lesson. They were very interactive and
werent afraid to ask questions. One day when I taught this lesson my cooperating teacher
had to leave early. I gave the class a hard nesting problem and I had a kid who refused to
even try it. After we were done I pulled him aside and helped him complete the problem.
From then on he was glued to my side every time I walked in the room.

Think about the following as you create the instructional activities for this
lesson

First stepObjectives. What do you want the students to know, understand, and
be able to do by the end of your lesson? What is the point of your lesson?
Learning Styles/Multiple Intelligences
Blooms Taxonomy
Group Work (Cooperative Learning)
Technology
Games
Higher-Level Questioning
Brain-Based Research
Smooth transition between activities
