SUMMARY
I am an energetic, creative, gregarious, problem solving and an extremely hard working educational leader that constantly looks to
improve the learning environment for our community, parents, staff and most of all our students. I embrace diversity, as an educator,
head coach, and principal bringing all cultures together realizing that it is diversity that makes us better. Through my past experiences,
I have developed the skill of being poised and confident under pressure bringing calm and intelligence into panicked situations. I am
very analytical and rational which allows me to deal with a multitude of problems. I am personable, empowering, a collaborative team
builder. I collect the information and data necessary to make changes. I make individual connections making everyone feel like they
are part of the whole and important.
