    5. CARRY OUT FUNCTIONAL TEST ON THE LOAD CELL CABLES.
    6. CHECK FOR POLARITY ON DCV AND MVOLTS IN ALL JUNCTION
    BOXES.

    10. CHECK CONDITION OF SUSPENSION RODS & TENSION RODS.
    11. CHECK FIRMNESS OF BOLTS/NUTS ON THE PLATFORM.
    12. CHECK PRINTER AND EFFECT FUNCTIONAL TEST.
    13. CHECK FUNCTIONALITY OF SECTIONALIZATION
    CARD/HOUSING.
    14. QUARTERLY FLUSHING OF THE BRIDGE EFFECTED?
    15. STATE DATE OF LAST FLUSHING EXERCISE. DATE
