    Musical Instruments. The said amount is Thirty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only
    (Php34,750.00) under our approved budget Activity No. 2 Goal no. 7 Strategy No. 2. The
    stipulated amount is from our budget of Repairs and Maintenance of Instruments. The full
    amount is payable to Mr. Felix P. Velez.
