Airports - Definition
Aerodrome any area of land, water
(including frozen surface thereof ) or other
supporting surface used or designated, prepared,
equipped or set apart for use either in whole or in
part for the arrival and departure, movement or
servicing of aircraft and includes any building,
installation and equipment in connection
therewith
Airport an aerodrome for which, under Part III
of the Air Regulations, an airport certificate has
been issued by the Minister
