I. HSE Matters

II. Work In progress and Today Activities


Item. 11867C
Install new 3 and 1 diesel fuel line to replace existing line due to leaking
and corrosion at CEB.
Status:
- Install scaffolding
- Stringing material
- Double joint activity, NDT (penetrant and radiography)
- Tie ins activity, completed 8 joints, 1 line to all DEGs and TEGs
Remaining:
- Tie ins activity to 3 header line, cold joint by flange connection. Ensure 2 temporary line
by using 2 flexible hose must be connected to 2 #150 flange at new 3 pipe before
dismantle existing line, so there will be no interruption at diesel fuel distribution to all
DEGs and TEGs.
- Leak test all joints at new 3 pipe (threaded joint and flange connection)
- Install pipe support for 3 new pipe.
- Touch up painting
- Dismantle existing 3 line and 1 line (all pipe up stream of 1 valve will be
dismantled and plugged, please refer to TOP. 1754.
- Dismantle scaffolding.

- Tie ins activity, waiting for TOP, follow up with CPA/PRD/PRO
- Leak test and touch up painting, after NDT completion.
