Subject: Resignation

Dear Sir,

The purpose of this letter is to announce my resignation from Apna Microfinance Bank as
Micro Credit Officer. This was not an easy decision to make. The time I passed here have been
very rewarding for me personally. I have enjoyed working for Apna Microfinance Bank and take
tremendous pride in what we've been able to accomplish.

My services might not be available after the month of March. Therefore, please accept
my resignation and consider it as prior notice.
