technical writing and communication, and passed the Civil Service Professional Examination in 2014.

I was an English instructor and a customer service specialist in my previous jobs, which exposed me in
different working environments. I am used to being in the front line to provide the best customer service
and communicate with every client in the language that is most appropriate. I have also acquired training
in working under pressure to meet the deadlines as a teacher.

Moreover, more than the technical skills, I believe I am also equipped with the work ethics that will cause
me a lasting relationship with the company and my fellow employees. I am always willing to go the extra
mile so long as it will be for the better. I also make sure that every hour is productive.

To be part of your company will be a great privilege. I am looking forward to meeting new people and
working in a different environment.
