The study is limited to Judicial Activism as being safeguard in Environment Protection & it is
social legal conscious in India. The study is limited to the protection of Environment within the
scope of Article 32 and Article 226 in form of PIL under The Constitution of India &
Environment Protection Act.

This research will be based on primary as well as secondary sources. Various liberations will
be visited & primary data will be collected through imperial survey. The data so collected
analysis & interpreted will be appropriated in chapters.
