    This program analyzes a speech segment by: 1) Reading in an audio file, extracting a 1024 sample segment, and applying a Hamming window. 2) Calculating the FFT of the windowed signal to obtain the spectrum. 3) Taking the log of the spectrum and calculating the inverse FFT to obtain the cepstrum. 4) Windowing the cepstrum and calculating the FFT again to view the final processed spectrum.
