Organized and led 18 volunteers to secure, ship, and distribute 20,000 books from the United States to Uganda to help address the
extreme book shortage impacting Ugandan schools.
Secured a $5000 discount and led the fundraising effort, which raised $10,000 to cover intercontinental shipping costs.
Organized in-country transportation to distribute the books to 18 new/renovated libraries across the country.
Developed and conducted library workshops to educate locals on proper usage and management of their libraries and its resources.
