This is your first draft of the essay; this can be written or typed.
This must be in your own words – do not copy someone else’s words –
Plagiarism is illegal. You may use a few quotes, but they must be short.
You must write over 1,500 words not counting quotes.
You must hand in TWO copies of your Rough Draft – You will be exchanging Rough Drafts.
Here are the requirements for the Final Draft – it will be due in the Fourth Quarter
1. Must be neatly typed with one inch margins for top, bottom and sides
2. Must be typed in size 12 font using Times New Roman Font
3. Must be at least 1,500 words in clearly developed paragraphs (at least five sentences each)
4. Each paragraph must have the first line indented 5 to 10 spaces.
5. Single space all writing; except, be sure to skip one line between paragraphs
6. Must have at least 4 different sources in at least 7 or more Footnotes (End Notes)
*A few of the sources must be used in more than one Footnote or End Note*
7. Do NOT put Final Draft into a folder, just staple it with your NAME and TITLE at the top
